What makes AVA Byte different from other smart gardens?

Unlike other smart gardens, the AVA Byte comes with software that enables your garden to grow on autopilot.

How? With "growing recipes" developed by our plant scientists. These monitor and instruct our 5 environmental sensors, 1 top-down HD camera, a self-circulating water pump, and NASA-inspired full spectrum LEDs. 

Also, you can keep track of your smart garden with Android, iOS, Google Home, and Amazon Alexa.

How big is the AVA Byte?

∙Without water, the Byte weighs 2.5 kgs.

What does 100% germination guarantee mean?

If your pod pack does not germinate, all you need to do is contact our customer support team at support@avagrows.com and we will send you a replacement 5-pod pack—free of charge.

Is there a warranty?

Yes! Your AVA Byte comes with a one-year limited warranty to be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use for one year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase and serial number is required for any warranty claims. Learn more here.

What are AVA's shipping and return policies?

AVA provides free standard shipping on all orders over US$99. If you would like expedited shipping or pickup, these can be selected at checkout.

We're confident that you'll love your Byte but if you are not satisfied for any reason, we will accept returns ordered within 60 days of receipt. Less a $50 restocking fee. See our return policy for more details.
